当前国家作出了加快农村公路建设和发展的决策,为做好农村公路建设工作,应该从管理体制、规划设计、资金筹措、项目管理、公路养护等方面进行改革,采取相应的措施。

At present our country has made a strategic decision to expedite the construction and development of the country roads.In order to do the best at the construction work of the country roads,such aspects as the management system,programming design,fund raising,project management and road maintenance should be reformed and relevant measures should be taken.
