设计了基于单片机的数据采集箱,高速采集柴油机瞬时转速和油管压力信号,使用便携式电脑通过增强型并行接口,读取采集的数据进行分析,对野外作业的柴油机现场故障诊断很有实用价值。

The data acquisition board based on a single chip computer is designed for the diesel engine fault diagnosis. It is used to monitor the diesel engine by testing the signal of transient rotational speed and fuel pipe pressure with high frequency. The portable computer analyzes the raw data read by its Enhanced Parallel Port. The system is very useful for the fault diagnosis of the diesel engine on the work field.
