摘要
液体检测涉及到多方面的内容,介绍基于光电测试技术的光谱液滴分析仪在液体检测中的具体应用.一方面从光学角度出发,在被测液体形成液滴的过程中,利用光纤从液滴内部探测液体的光学特性,获取经过液滴的光强信号随液滴生长变化的规律;同时运用流动比色装置和微型光纤光谱仪,在液滴形成过程中采集被测液体样品的光谱数据.另一方面利用液体的电学特性,对被测液体的液滴生长过程中的电学量进行监测,得到液滴的瞬时体积信息.最终得到反映液体综合特性的液体三维指纹图.结合实验说明液体的三维指纹图可以作为鉴别液体的依据,同时具有测量液体物理、化学特性参数的潜力.
The liquid detection work comes down to many contents.The application of a spectral liquid signature analyzer based on the photoelectric test technique in the liquid detection is introduced in this paper.With the spectral liquid signature analyzer,the intensity signal after the actions inside the liquid drop during the drop's growth process of the tested liquid is gained through the optical fibers,and the spectra data of the tested liquid are obtained with the flowing sample pool and the miniature fiber spectrometer.At the same time,the instantaneous volume signal of the liquid drop can be gained through the monitoring to the electrical amount in the drop growing. Finally three-dimensional liquid fingerprint containing the combined characteristics of liquid is obtained. Experiments show that the three-dimensional liquid fingerprint is unique to each kind of liquid under certain condition and thereby can be used as the evidence in liquid discrimination,and which is potential to determine the physical and chemical character parameters with the three-dimensional liquid fingerprint.
