摘要
传统的测量方法测量焦距需要拆卸光学系统,然后由测量人员在光具座上逐项进行观测、记录、数据分析和计算结果等一系列工作,存在着效率低、精度不稳定、对测量人员要求高等缺点.高灵敏度低噪声 CCD 器件的应用和数字图像处理技术的发展,使光学系统焦距数字化测量成为可能.提出了一种基于 CCD光电法和数字图像处理方法自动测量光学系统焦距的折方法.该方法可实现客观数字化测量.因此可以消除传统的光学系统光学参数测量方法的效率低、精度不稳定、对测量人员要求高等缺点.使得测量准确度高、自动化程度高.
The traditional method of measuring focal distance needs to disassemble the optical system,and then a series of work will be carried out on the optical trestle by the surveyor,including observation,record,data analysis, result computation,and so on.This method exists several shortcomings,such as low efficiency,unstable precision, and higher requests for surveyor.The application of high sensitivity and low noise CCD component and the development of digital image processing technology make the optical system focal distance digitization become true. A kind of new way to measure optical system focal distance automatically is proposed,which is based on CCD optical-electrical method and digital image processing method.This method can achieve objective digitized survey.It can eliminate the lack of low efficiency,unstable precision and higher requests for surveyor of optics parameter measuring technique in traditional optical system,so it improves the survey accuracy and automation process.
