摘要
根据靶场用红外辐射特性测量系统的实际情况提出了三种对红外焦平面探测器响应度进行标定的方法,分别是用于全焦平面标定的直接扩展源法和间接扩展源法,以及仅对焦平面局部特征点定标的点源法,并对各标定方法的优缺点进行了分析比对,结合工程实践对方法选择提出了建议,可供广大工程技术人员作为参考.
Radiometer calibration is an important process during the design and use of infrared radiation characteristics measuring system.Three methods of calibration are provided in this paper.The key points of each method,including element,sketch map,responsibility formula,error sources and features,are analyzed.In the end, the advantage,disadvantage and environment of each method are summarized.
