摘要 随着低空、快速、远程进攻的新型导弹武器装备的不断研制生产,其试验鉴定任务难度也随之加大.光电测量系统作为靶场测控网的主要组成部分,攸好试验前的光测系统试验效能评估能提高整个测控网协同工作完成试验任务的能力,降低试验消耗.针时光电测量系统自身特点及靶场实际应用情况,选择运用WSELAC 法、层次分析法与专家评分法相结合的综合评价方法建立评估模型,对光电测量系统试验效能进行综合评价,使用数学形式反映出光测系统实际试验状况. With the development of new weapons of low altitude,speedy and long range attack,test and evaluation of them are becoming more difficult.As the main component of the TT&C network in the range,the evaluation of test efficiency of optical measuring system before test can provide a guarantee for the TT&C network to coordinately accomplish the test mission and reduce test loss.Considering the property of optical measuring system and its practical application in the range,an evaluation model is built by combining evaluating method of WSE1AC method,arrangement analysis method and expert grading method.The model can reflect the practical test condition of optical measuring system in mathematical forms,and a general evaluation can be conducted on the test efficiency of optical measuring system through it.
