摘要
以633nm 碘吸收稳定激光器作为标准,通过将待测的环形激光器与之进行拍频,建立了一套检测灵敏度很高的高精度激光频率稳定度检测系统。该系统采用宽带雪崩光电二极管接收拍频信号中的差频信号,经过信号处理后利用高精度频率计实现拍频频率的测量,试验结果表明:该系统的检测频宽可达到800 MHz,频率稳定度的测量精度达到10^(-11)量级,最小可检测激光功率为0.1μW量级,为进行环形激光器高精度稳频回路的研究提供了重要的检测手段.
Based on the beat frequency measurement,the high precision Ring Laser(RL) frequency stability measurement system is constructed with 633 nm Iodine Stabilized He-Ne Laser as the frequency standard.In the system the beat frequency signal is received by a broadband avalanche photodiode,the frequency of the processed signal is measured by a high precision counter.The result of experiments has shown that the bandwidth of the system is about 800 MHz,the system precision can reach the order of 10^(-11),the minimum discernible light power is the order of 0.1μW.The system provides an important way for deeply research of high precision RL frequency stability loop.
