摘要
综合叙述了当前激光陀螺膜片检测技术领域的研究进展情况。介绍了激光陀螺用超低损耗膜片检测技术的应用背景;在对激光陀螺三类误差因素进行分析的基础上,探讨了膜片的各项参数与激光陀螺性能间的相互关系,并据此确定了需要检测的膜片参数类型;从检测原理、检测仪器等方面入手,对这些参数的检测方法进行了研究与讨论,并对测量的精度进行了分析;对当前检测技术所达到的水平进行了评价与总结。
The paper focuses on the measurement technology of RLG (Ring Laser Gyroscope) coating and summarizes the development about it at present.The applied background about the measurement technology of RLG Ultra-low loss coating is presented synthetically.In order to find out which parameters is more necessary to coatings 6f RLG,the relationship between coating's parameters and capability of the RLG is explored by analyzing three error sourcers of the RLG.As a result,a method about parameters of coatings is found,which can be applied to measure the parameters accuratly.
