摘要
建立了利用散射光实现激光束近轴定位的二维及三维模型。以信号接收器镜头光心为坐标中心建立坐标系,通过求取激光束上两个散射点到探测器的距离,来确定散射点的坐标,最终确定激光束的直线方程。实验结果表明,该模型在计算散射点到探测器的距离时与实验结果十分吻合,这证明了该模型实现激光束近轴定位的有效性。
The 2D and 3D model to carry out off-axis detection of laser beam by scattering are established.A system of coordinates is established,and the coordinates of the scattering point by calculating the distance of two scattering points to the lens is established,and then the equation of the beam is defined.The result of experiment indicates that the distance of the scattering point to the lens calculated by the model is much closer to the experiment, and then testifies the validity of the model on carrying out off-axis detection of laser beam.
