摘要
给出了菲索干涉仪的工作原理,研究了用于测量脉冲太赫兹源的菲索波长计的特性。理论上计算了菲索干涉仪的楔角和干涉条纹间距与被测太赫兹波长的关系,给出了关系曲线。优化了用于太赫兹探测时菲索干涉仪的楔角值。
The performance of a Fizeau wavelength meter optimized for measuring pulsed Terahertz sources is theoretically developed and characterized.The design of Fizeau interferometer comprises the theoretical calculations for dependency of Terahertz frequency generation on wedge angle of Fizeau interferometer and fringe spacing.A Fizeau wavelength meter is optimized for THz detection by choosing the optimum value of wedge angle.
