摘要
研究的是一种双 CCD 电视测角仪参数的自动检测。其关键的技术参数有:视场、零点、精度、灵敏度、抗干扰能力、变焦时间、短焦到位时间等.从分析测角仪的工作原理和关键技术指标的定义出发,提出了一种能够快速、准确的定量检测该电视测角仪的主要技术参数的方法.实现了对平行光管出口处光照度恒定的自动控制;采用80C196单片机实现对测角仪电子学的各种功能检测、数据通讯。该方法成功的实现了这种双 CCD 电视测角仪的自动检测.主要的创新点在于它集光、机、电为一体,建立了一套室内照明装置,用来模拟战场环境和干扰目标,同时实现了快速准确的测量该双 CCD 电视测角仪的各种性能指标。
A kind of automatic test technology of the parameters is studied used in a dual-CCD TV measure-system(TV-MS).The main technical parameters of the TV-MS are field of view,zero point,precision, sensitivity,anti-jamming ability,zooming time and focus time etc.First,the parameter test system converted optical signal to electronic signal,implemented automatic control of the invariant illumination of parallel pipeline output. The second,data and command delivering,displaying or printing is realized by using 80C196KB.The experiment illustrated that the approach of automatic testing technology of the Parameters used in a dual-CCD TV-MS is successful and it can realize all tests of the functions and parameters of the TV-MS.The main innovations are:it concentrates the technology of optics,machineries and electronics.Setup an in-door lighting system to simulate war-field environment and interfering target.At the same time,it can measure all specifications of the dual-CCD TV-MS speed and accurately.
