摘要
为了克服有源耦合装置繁多、调整难度大以及耗时长的缺点,借助于 ZEMAX 软件,通过人工优化的方法,设计出了使用柱透镜进行无源光纤耦合时的最佳耦合系统,给出了系统的数据表、点扩散函数(PSF)图、三维图、全视场点列图和远场光斑仿真图。并根据 ZEMAX 仿真得出的定位尺寸,借助于精密光刻技术和先进硅工艺,制作出了高效的光纤耦合模块,实现了半导体激光器与光纤的无源耦合。这种方法的最大耦合效率可以达到81%,基本接近有源耦合时的最大值85%。
To overcome the flaws that need more coupling devices and more time,we designes the best coupling system which only with a cylinder lens by using ZEMAX software and manual optimization,and simultaneously present datasheet of system,point spread function(PSF),ray trace diagram,full field spot diagram and imitated facula of far field.ZEMAX simulation,according to position measurement and by advance technology of precise light curve and Silicon craft,we fabricates high efficient fiber coupling module and realizes coupling without light source.This method can achieve the maximum coupling efficiency of 81%,close to the maximum 85% active coupling.
