摘要
构建了光纤陀螺(FOG)全方位性能自动评价系统,对其主要功能进行了详细的叙述,完成了计算机、转台、温控系统、振动台、光纤陀螺等之间的通讯模块软硬件设计。这种光纤陀螺全方位自动评价系统除了可以测试国军标中规定的测试项目,还可以模拟光纤陀螺实际工况下的温度变化、振动影响,对光纤陀螺抗温度变化、抗振动性能做出数字化评价。所有操作均采用模块化设计和可视化方法,方便和简化了复杂的测试过程。通过配接不同的测试仪器,实现了光纤陀螺与陀螺光学元件的程控自动测试。实践证明介绍的光纤陀螺全方位性能自动评价系统技术先进、功能完备,满足各种光纤陀螺性能测试的需要。
The comprehensive and automated performance evaluation system for fiber optic gyroscope(FOG)is developed,whose achieved functions are also descried in details.The design of communication block in hardware and software among computer,automation rotary table,temperature control system,vibration testing system and FOG is built up.Not only can the system be used for FOG national military standard test procedure,but also it adapts to digitally evaluate the special FOG performance by simulating temperature variation and vibratory shock in actual work conditions of FOG.All operations adopt module design and visible method,which make the complicated testing process more convenient and simple.With various testing modules,both the whole FOG system programmable testing and optical element in FOG programmable testing are implemented automatically.The result of experiment verifies advanced technology,functional completeness and satisfaction of wants of the comprehensive and automated performance evaluation system.
