摘要
随着现代先进制造业的发展,工业摄影测量技术广泛应用于几何量的尺寸测量、精密零部件或产品的三维外形检测等领域,尤其在航天产品的质量控制中发挥着越来越重要的作用。作为当今最成熟的工业三坐标摄影测量系统,V-STARS的测量精度一直受到关注。因此,分别测试了V-STARS单相机和双相机系统的坐标测量、平面度测量精度和测量重复性。最后,利用V-STARS系统对Φ17.2 m网状天线的型面进行了检测,测量精度优于0.3 mm,使天线型面精度调整到3 mm以内,满足设计要求。
With the development of modern advanced manufacturing,industrial photogrammetry technique are used in size measurement,3-D shape detecting of precision-machined products and other fields widely,especially in spaceflight products’ quality control.As the maturest industrial photogrammetry system,V-STARS is attented for its measurement accuracy.So,coordinate and flatness measurement accuracy and repetition of single camera and double camerae systems are tested respectively in this paper.Finally,one Φ17.2 m net antenna’s surface is detected by using V-STARS,its measurement accuracy is less than 0.3 mm,and the antenna’s surface accuracy is adjusted in 3 mm,design demand is met.
