摘要
热浸镀锌层是汽车车身用高强度镀锌钢板具有良好的耐蚀性能的保证。激光焊接高强度镀锌钢板时,镀锌层不可避免地遭到烧损。采用浓度为3%的盐水,对不同激光工艺参数的焊接件进行了腐蚀试验。研究结果表明,在不同工艺参数的条件下,激光焊接高强度镀锌钢板接头的腐蚀速度不同,但平均速度与母材的腐蚀速度大体相当。
Hot-dipped extra and ultra-strength galvanized steels have been widely used in automobile bodies for protecting them from being corroded.During laser welding of high-strength galvanized steel,the galvanized layer is inevitably lost by having been burned.Salt water with the concentration of 3% is used in the corrosion test for the samples welded under different laser parameters.The test results indicated that the corrosion rate of the joint between the high-strength galvanized steels welded by laser under different welding parameters is different,but the average corrosion rate is coincident with that of substance.
