摘要
傅里叶合成方法是一种可以根据期望的光谱特性曲线设计渐变折射率薄膜的方法。叙述了该方法的原理和Q函数的选择。介绍了修正方法使设计膜层折射率在可获得薄膜材料折射率范围内和把膜层匹配到入射介质和基底两端界面的技术。并用该方法设计ZnSe基底3~12μm红外增透渐变折射率薄膜,在设计波段平均透射率达到95%。最后对该方法作了相关评论。
Fourier-transform method was a method could be used for the design of Gradient-index thin film according to the desired spectral transmission curve.In the paper,the theory of this method and the selection of the Q function was introduced.method for the modify was recommended to ensure the range of refrective index of the Gradient-index thin film in that of the thin film material could be obtained.technique of matching layers overlayed at both interface of the incidence medium and the substrate was advised.Fourier-transform method was used for the design of infrared films on ZnSe substrate for 2~12μm.The average transmission of the Gradient-index film in the design wavelength range is 95%.In the end,comment was given on this method.
