摘要
由于光波通信比无线电通信具有诸多优点,日益成为当前研究热点。以用于自由空间光通信的高功率、高速率电光调制器为主要研究对象,从LiNbO3横向电光调制理论基础入手,对电光调制晶体调制器件的设计进行了讨论,并设计出了高功率高速率LiNbO3电光调制器,满足了最大输出光功率为150 mW,总的激光利用效率为10%的技术指标,最后对电光调制器分别在室内18 m、室外6.4 km进行了信号传输能力测试。
Since photocommunication has many merits,it becomes the current research focus.The object of research was high power and high rate electro-optic modulator applied in communication field.The general designation of the modulator is provided which satisfied the specification of the maximum output power 150 mW,the use efficiency is 10%,then the signal transmitted ability under 18 m indoor and 6.4 km outdoor conditions is tested.
