摘要
介绍了大面阵CCD相机的工作时钟产生电路的设计,利用大规模集成电路FPGA实现了该工作时钟驱动电路,采用了VHDL语言对工作时钟驱动电路进行了硬件描述,并利用Modelsim软件对所设计的工作时钟驱动电路进行了仿真,最后进行了硬件电路调试,实现了整个CCD相机的控制。采用SONY公司的ICX285AL作为传感器。
ICX285AL CCD sensor produced by SONY Co.Ltd.has been used in this CCD camera.The design of the circuit which can generate the schedule clock of the large array CCD is briefly presented.FPGA has been chosen as the hardware design platform to realize the drive circuit,schedule generator has been described with VHDL.The designed generator has been successfully fulfilled function simulation with Modelsim software.Finally,the improved hardware circuit can meet the request of the control of the whole CCD camera.
