肿瘤淋巴转移的研究进展

摘要　　淋巴转移是肿瘤转移的主要方式,淋巴结转移是重要的预后指标,因此研究肿瘤淋巴转移具有重要的临床意义.近年来,由于淋巴管生成因子和淋巴管内皮特异性标记物的相继发现,极大促进了淋巴管在肿瘤转移方面的研究,为肿瘤的早发现和手术方式的确立提供了重要依据.本文就淋巴管生成因子及其受体、淋巴管内皮标记物、肿瘤淋巴管生成机制、淋巴转移相关细胞因子和抗淋巴管生成方法及意义等作一综述.……
