宫颈癌前哨淋巴结研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 　　前哨淋巴结(Sentinel lymph node,SLN)是指首先接受原发肿瘤淋巴引流的淋巴结.即原发肿瘤区域淋巴结引流的第一站,并且是肿瘤最可能转移的部位.1977年,Cabanas[1]在阴茎癌病人阴茎背侧行淋巴管X线照片时发现一组能够预测肿瘤状态的"特殊淋巴结中心",首先提出这一概念.2000年Medl M首次报道了3例应用蓝染料检测宫颈癌的前哨淋巴结[2].现陆续有报道应用染料法或同位素法检测宫颈癌前哨淋巴.从目前研究看,该项技术可能会成为宫颈癌手术的又一次进展.……
