特应性皮炎发病机制新进展

摘要   特应性皮炎(AD)是一种慢性瘙痒性皮肤炎症,病因复杂,由遗传和环境因素共同促发,免疫学异常是其发病的关键环节.不同树突状细胞亚类,如郎罕氏细胞,炎症树突状表皮细胞和类浆型树突状细胞,在特应性皮炎发病中起关键作用,如炎症细胞的聚集,T细胞的活化,细胞因子和趋化因子的释放等等.细菌和病毒等变应原刺激也会影响AD的发病过程和严重程度.本文综述了AD发病机制近年来的新进展.……
