分泌型免疫球蛋白A形成的调控 被引量：1

摘要 　　分泌型免疫球蛋白A(Secretory immunoglobulin A,SIgA)是60年代初Chodircker和Tomasi[1]等首先在人外分泌液中发现的一种IgA类抗体,其来源、分布、结构和功能与血清单体IgA不同,从而形成了分泌型IgA和血清IgA两个相互独立的抗体体系.SIgA主要存在于胃肠道和支气管分泌液、初乳、唾液和泪液中,参与黏膜局部的抗感染免疫,是人体黏膜免疫的最重要抗体[2,3].其合成与抗原提呈、淋巴细胞归巢迁移(Trafficking)、以及周围环境中的细胞因子均有很大关系[4,5].近年来,对SIgA的研究日益受到重视,如何提高局部分泌IgA水平对抗感染有重要意义.本文就SIgA形成的调控作一综述.……
