摘要
由漆酚和漆酚苯胺醛缩聚物分别与三氯化钆反应合成含钆漆酚基聚合物〔漆酚钆聚合物 (PUG)和漆酚苯胺钆聚合物 (PUAG)〕。用IR、XPS、DMTA和DSC -TG对产物进行表征。结果表明 ,与Gd(Ⅲ )发生配位反应的是漆酚基聚合物中酚羟基氧原子 ;漆酚基聚合物与Gd(Ⅲ )反应后 ,其侧链进一步交联聚合形成具有较高模量和良好热稳定性的含钆漆酚基聚合物 ,PUAG的耐热性比PUG的好。
Two Gd-containing urushiol-based polymers, including urushiol-Gd polymer (PUG) and urushiol-aniline-Gd polymer (PUAG), were obtained by the reaction of GdCl3 and urushiol or urushiol- aniline-formaldehyde condensation polymer. Indicated by the characterization of IR, XPS, dynamic mechanical thermo-analyzer (DMTA) and DSC-TG, there are the coordination between Gd(III) and oxygen atom phenolic of hydroxyl group within the polymers. Moreover, the further crosslinking reaction take place within the side chain of the urushiol-based polymers and result in the higher modulus and improved thermal stability of the polymers. The heat resistant of PUAG is better than PUG.
