改进的氰化酯化法合成丙二酸二甲酯

The Improvement of Production Process of Dimethyl Malonate

对氰化酯化法合成丙二酸二甲酯的工艺进行了改进。对酯化过程中水含量、醇酸摩尔比、反应时间等因素对丙二酸二甲酯收率的影响进行了研究,确定了较佳的酯化工艺及其操作条件。改进后的生产工艺,丙二酸二甲酯的收率在81％以上,产品纯度在99％以上。

The preparation of dimethyl malonate was studied with monochloroacetic acid,methanol and sodium cyanide by cyanidation and esteriflcation. The yield of dimedthyl malonate was over 81%. And the pureness was over 99%.The effects of esterification reaction conditions were investigated.
