棕刚玉表面性能对陶瓷磨具强度的影响

摘要 通过对磨料表面进行不同的处理,利用扫描电镜(SEM)对界面进行观察和研究.研究表明:普通棕刚玉磨料表面存在的Fe,Ti,Ca,Mg等杂质在高温时与结合剂反应,造成磨料与结合剂的反应界面有明显的裂隙、气孔、晶体生成,从而降低砂轮强度;对棕刚玉表面进行适当处理,如酸洗、涂覆,均可提高陶瓷磨具的强度.
