摘要
本文针对变电站无功补偿控制和有载调压控制的现状 ,提出了电压调节、无功补偿分别控制相互配合的设计思想 ,以可编程计算机控制器 (PCC)和电量变送器、输入输出控制模块等组件为基础 ,应用先进的控制技术和数据处理技术 ,采用面向对象的设计思想 ,以无功功率缺额为主控参量、以电容器投切前后电压变化趋势为参考、协调母线电压的控制方式 ,成功开发了具有高可靠性的无功补偿控制装置 。
According to the present practice of reactive power compensation and on load voltage regulation in substations, a technique of using voltage regulation and reactive power compensation separately is proposed. The reactive power is used as a key parameter, while the rate of voltage change before and after the switching of capacitors is compared as well as the bus voltage. The hardware is mainly composed of programmable computer controller (PCC), instrument transformers, and the associated input and output circuits. Based on the advanced technology of control and data processing, and the object oriented methodology, a new reliable instrument is developed, which provides a new design method.
