摘要
针对近几年来陕西省电力系统集合式并联电容器频频出现的事故,研究限制过电压和涌流的保护措施。通过仿真计算和现场实测相结合的研究方法,提出了对带6%、13%串联电抗器的集合式并联电容器的保护方式,确定了过电压保护装置中阻尼电阻和串联间隙的最佳参数,起到了限制涌流和过电压的幅值及振荡时间的双重效果。
In the light of faults frequently occurred on assembled shunt capacitor in Shaanxi power system, the protection measures to limit overvoltage and inrush current are studied. Through the study method combined with simulat ion calculation and on site measurement, the protection mode for assembled shunt capacitor with 6%, 13% series reactor is proposed. The optimal parameters of damping resistance and series gap in overvoltage protection device are determined, dual effects to limit amplitude and oscillation time of inrush current and over voltage are realized.
