摘要
数控直角剪或数控冲剪复合机床应用中 ,零件直角排样优化是技术关键 ,是目前钣金制造业及钣金 CAD/CAM研究的新课题。在直角剪裁的特征分析基础上 ,提出了一种正交阵列排样的新算法 ,实际应用证明该方法可以有效地解决直角剪裁排样。
The key technology in the application of Right-Angle Shear or combination machine is to cut the sheet with optimal part nesting, this may be one of new research projects in sheet metal industry. Based on the feature analysis of right angle shear, one new nesting algorithm is presented in this paper, practice shows the method can solve that kind of problems effectively.
