在分析供应链中订单处理流程及其风险生成机理的基础上 ,提出不同的成员企业之间通过自动协商寻找最优方案的方式来处理订单的思路 ,并运用遗传算法优化技术实现自动协商的收敛 ,以期减少订单处理流程中的风险 ,从而获得良好的价格 /质量、服务/交付期性能比 ,满足客户的需求 ,保持市场竞争力。

This paper proposes a way to process an order whose suborders differ in start times and finish dates and differ as well in the VE units chosen to carry out the suborders through automatic negotiations.Genetic Algorithms was employeed to accomplish the convergence of automated negotiations.The purpose of the paper is to achieve fully optimized solution to reduce the risks of the order process and meet the demands of customers.
