L_2Y_2铝板3维曲面的无模成形试验研究

摘要 针对板材的无模曲面成形 ,在自制的多点无模试验装置上对马鞍形曲面的成形进行了研究。结果表明 ,逐次成形有利于提高曲面的成形极限 ,变形增量对成形极限有一定的影响。 Recently, multi point forming is applied to three dimension curve surface fomming, basic elements can substitude for traditional die. Multi point forming has some advantages. The experiments on the formation of the typical three dimensional saddle shapped camber were made on the experimental device of self made multi point die. Forming graduately contributes to improving the forming limit of curve surface. And the multitude of forming improving has an effect on the forming limit.
