摘要 为了解决 10 0 0 mm热锯主轴轴承频繁故障问题 ,对轴承失效原因进行分析 ,认为轴承座同心度低、径向迷宫形密封间隙大、油品选择不合理等是造成轴承失效的主要原因。为此 ,将原主轴安装的 4套 3 2 0轴承改为 2套双列向心球面滚子轴承 3 62 0 ,并在原密封的基础上增设毛毡密封 ,重新选择润滑油 ,改善润滑 ,增强密封效果 ,从而降低了轴承故障 ,减少热停工时 2 5 .8h/a,年效益 10 .2 In order to solve the problem of frequent failure of main axis bearing of ∮1000mm hot saw,the failure causes of bearing are analyzed.It is pointed out that the lower concentricity of bearing bearer,larger interspace of radial labyrinth type seal and irrationality of oil selecting are the principal causes of bearing failures.The former 4 sets of type 320 bearings on main axis are changed into 2 sets of type 3620 double row roller bearings with centripetal spherical face.The felt seals are added on the former seals and the new lubricating oil is reselected.The lubrication is improved and the sealing results are enhanced.The bearing failures therefore are decreased.The stop time on line is reduced by 25.8h/a and the benefits of 102,600 yuan are got per year.
