摘要
某双盘摩擦压力机机架由 ZG3 5制成 ,受反复冲击力作用 ,在支架与支臂交接处断裂失效。对其进行宏观、金相组织、夹杂物及微区分析 ,认为晶粒粗大而不均匀。
The framework of one twin disc friction pressing machine is made of material of ZG35 It is affected by the repeat impact force The connection place between holder and arm is broke to failure The macro and microstructure, inclusion are analyzed It is pointed out that the bigger size inhomogeneous grain, lots of bigger size inclusions and stress concentration are the main causes of fracture of framework
