摘要
结合济钢生产实际 ,利用大样电解技术分析了大型氧化物夹杂在吹氩、中间包和连铸坯不同部位的含量和分布情况 ,同时提出了适当延长吹氩时间、控制好钢水液面和对长水口进行优化设计等减少钢中大型氧化物夹杂含量的措施。
Combining with the productional practice, using the technology of Slimis, the contents of various positions and its distributing conditions of large sized oxide inclusions during Ar injection, tundish traveling and continuous casting are analyzed, at the same time, the steps of appropriately extending the Ar injection time, controlling the level of liquid steel and optimizing the design of extended nozzle and so on are put forward to reduce the contents of large sized oxide inclusions in the steel
