摘要
为提高三辊开坯轧机的轧制能力 ,莱钢锻压厂对传统的开坯工艺进行改造 ,将六角—方孔型与箱形孔良好衔接 ,并设计了能够共轭轧制的大延伸六角孔 ,从而实现了开坯轧制大压下、大延伸 ,以及成品单出与自动咬入 ,提高了轧制节奏。
