为了对车间生产进行有效管理 ,设计开发了车间生产管理自动化软件。该软件包括经营管理、工艺过程、生产统计三个子系统 ,具有数据安全、应用安全、易操作、容错性强等特点 ,使用证明 ,工作效率提高 80 % ,锻件精度提高 3 0 % ,缩短了生产周期 。
In order to implement effective management for workshop production, the automation software for workshop production management is designed and developed. The software includes three subsystems of operation management, process procedure and production statistics. It has the features of data and application safety, easy operation and strong fault tolerant property. The application has testified that the work efficiency is increased by 80%, the forging precision is increased by 30%, production period is shortened and work with non-paper can be realized.
