为提高烧结矿的强度和产量 ,莱钢烧结厂强化制粒工程 ,新增圆筒造球机等设备 ,并采用外滚焦粉工艺 ,从而改善了烧结料粒度 ,提高了烧结矿料层的透气性 ,增加了烧结机台车上辅料厚度 ,产量提高 1.5 % ,直接经济效益 761.73万元 /a。

So the sintering feed size has been improved, the permeability of sinter bed has been increased, the distributing thickness on the sintering pallet has been increased, the sinter production has been increased by 1.5%, and the direct economic benefit has been up to annual 7 6173 million Yuan.
