摘要
在保证烧结矿质量、生产过程稳定的条件下 ,探索在烧结工艺中单配钢渣、氧化铁皮、除尘等钢铁废料。实践证明 ,在烧结生产中配加钢铁废料 ,可以稳定生产 ,保证烧结矿品位合格 ,降低烧结矿成本 ,降低能源 。
On the condition of guaranteeing the quality of sinter and stability of productive process, the sintering process of adding ferruginous waste such as steel-making slag, iron oxide scale and dust separately is analyzed. It has been identified that adding ferruginous waste in the sintering production can stabilize process, guarantee the qualified sinter grade, decrease the cost of sinter and the consumption of energy, use the resource reasonably.
