摘要
采用气体渗碳工艺替代固体渗碳对耐火材料成型模具进行热处理。经合理设计工艺 ,模板表面的含碳量达到0 .9%~ 1.0 % ,淬火后的表面硬度达到 HRC62~ 64 ,成本降低 3 5 4.6元 / t。
