环式烧结机点火炉密封挡板存在着材质及形状设计不合理等问题。通过选用高铬铸钢代替高温铸铁 ,并对其形状设计进行改进 ,提高了密封挡板的耐高温抗氧化性 ,增强了密封挡板的保护能力。使用证明 。

There exist deficiencies in the material and shape designing of the seal baffle for ignition furnace of circular traveling gate machine. By selecting high chromium cast steel instead of high temperature cast iron and improving the design of the shape,the high temperature and oxidation resistance properties for seal baffle have been improved, and the protection ability of the seal baffle has been improved. The practice has proved that the improved seal board has played effective action to protect the lining board for furnace base.
