摘要
用 SJ-60 (C)型静电喷涂设备 ,在电场强度 5 0 /3 0～ 10 0 /3 0 k V/cm范围内 ,选用 45、5 5 mm的喷杯 ,控制喷杯转速 2 0 0 0～40 0 0 r/min,对 10 8～ 2 19mm的钢管表面进行防腐处理 ,具有漆层质量好、生产效率高、成本低等特点 。
Using the type of SJ-60(C) electrostatic painting equipment, selecting the electric field intensity in 50/30~100/30kV/cm,choosing spray cup of 45\,55mm,controlling sprary cup's rotating velocity in 2000~4000r/min,the steel pepe's external surface can be processed for corrosion prevention.The method has features of good lacquer coating,high production efficiency and low cost,and can improve the hygienic working conditions.
