莱钢炼铁精料技术进步实践

摘要 介绍了莱钢精料工作 ,从使用自熔性机烧结矿 ,生产酸性球团矿代替自熔性球团矿 ,到增建烧结机、球团竖炉及改造槽下筛分系统等措施进一步提高烧结矿、球团矿的产质量 ,并加强原料混匀 ,提高混匀料成分稳定率 ,精料技术取得了很大进步 ,高炉熟料比达 10 0 %。 Describes the works of beneficiated material in Laigang. From using self fluxed sinter, producing acid pellet instead of self fluxed pellet, to adding sintering machines and palletizing shaft furnaces and reforming the screen system under bin to further improve the production and quality of the sinter and pellet, intensifying bed blending, and improving the stable rate of blending component, the beneficiated material technologies have acquired great progress, the agglomeration rate has reached 100%.
