张钢24m^2烧结机技术改造及生产实践

通过新上核子秤微机自动配料系统 ,改造台车滑道、密封滑板及混料、布料系统 ,加高台车料层等 ,张钢对 2× 2 4m2烧结机进行了系列改造 ,实现了小球团烧结生产 ,使烧结矿的技术经济指标明显改善 ,烧结机利用系数由 1.5 8t/m2 .h提高到 1.75 t/m2 .

Through adding nucleon balance computer automatic proportioning systems, reforming the pallet glide and the sealing slide plate and mixing and distributing systems and heightening the charge layer of the pallet, the series reformation to the 2×24 m\+2sintering machine were finished at Zhanggang, achieving mini pellet sintering production, making technical economic indexes distinct improvement and increasing utilization coefficient from 1 58t/m\+2 h to 1 75t/ m\+2 h
