莱钢2~#750m^3高炉软水改造工程及系统切换

摘要 为延长冷却壁寿命 ,对莱钢 2 #75 0 m3高炉实施了软水改造工程。并在高炉正常生产状态下 ,成功实施了汽化冷却与软水密闭循环系统的安全切换。实践证明 ,软水系统运行良好 ,冷却壁进水平均温度 3 8.98℃ ,平均流量 115 0 m3/h,热负荷17.5 2 GJ,泄漏率小于 0 .18‰。 In order to prolong the life of cooling stave, the engineering of closed loop soft water cooling was installed in No.2 BF of laigang. The evaporated cooling system with soft water closed loop system was switched over successfully in the normal production condition of the BF. After reforming, the soft water cooling system circulated well, the average temperature of the influent water of the cooling staves is 38.98℃, the average flow is 1150 m 3/h, the thermal load is 17.52GJ, the leakage rate is less than 0.018%.
