环式烧结机新型炉篦条的开发与应用

摘要 环式烧结机炉箅条主要失效形式是烧蚀和折断。为了提高炉箅条的强度和耐腐蚀性能 ,对其成分进行优化设计 ,添加 Ni,Mo,V,等合金元素 ,开发了新型耐热、高韧、高强炉箅条。与耐热球铁件相比 ,高铬合金箅条的使用寿命提高了 3倍 ,成本降低了 2 0 %以上 ,而且减少了停机次数 。 The main failure forms of fire bars in cycle type sintering machine are burning erosion and fracture. In order to improve the strength and anti corrosion properties of furnace fire bars, their chemical composition are optimized, alloy elements of Ni, Mo and V are added into steel. The fire bars with heat resisting and high toughness and strength are developed. The service life of high Cr alloy fire bars is increased by a factor of 4 improved 3 times than that of heat resisting nodular cast iron pieces. The cost is reduced by above 20%, the machine halt frequency are decreased and the work intensity can be reduced.
