摘要
针对肿瘤组织的射频消融术 ,提出了一种模型参考自适应的射频加温方法。将此种自适应算法用于射频消融系统的温度控制中 ,能避免组织的迅速炭化 ,使热量在病灶组织中较为均匀扩散。实验证明 ,利用该种算法可使治疗系统的加热温度保持平稳 ,能达到完全消融肿瘤组织的目的。
A heating method of the mode reference adaptive is provided for the tumor radio-frequency ablation. Temperature control of the mutipolar radio-frequency ablation system based on this algorithm can avoid tissue charring, and make heat uniformly diffuse in the focus, and realize homogeneous and smooth heating to tumor focus. Experiments showed the control method can make heating temperature smooth and tumor through ablated.
