变电站电压质量监测系统的研制

Development of Substation Voltage Quality Monitoring System

针对目前国内生产的电压监测仪只能对某一个测试点进行电压监测 ,实时采集的数据只能保存在 EPROM中 ,统计数据有限的问题 ,介绍了一种对电压质量进行集中在线监测的变电站电压质量监测系统 ,该系统可实现对多个测点同时进行监测、自动统计电压合格率 ,具有按时间查询显示电压的历史数据和各测试点的日电压曲线 ,能打印日、月报表等功能。该系统已安装在湖南省白马垄变电站。

At present the domestic voltage monitoring instrument can only monitor one certain point, the monitored data must be save in EPROM and is limited in number. In this paper a substation voltage quality monitoring system is presented,which can monitor voltage quality centralized in line. This system can monitor several circuits simultaneously and possess such functions as carrying out the statistics of eligible rate,querying and displaying the monitored voltage data according to specified time,inspecting the daily voltage curve of each monitored point,printing monthly and daily reports and so on. The system has been installed in the Hunan Baimalong Electric Substation.
