摘要
报道一种新型的有机发光二极管 (OL ED) ,这种 OL ED是用热稳定性好的聚合物 ;芴基咔唑聚酰亚胺 (PFF5 ) (玻璃化温度 Tg=374℃ )做发光层。其电致发光光谱有两上发射峰 ,分别位于 45 0纳米和 5 45纳米处。 5 45纳米的发射峰源自基团的发光 ,而 45 0纳米处的发射峰有来自芴基团的发射。由于发射过程中有从芴基团到基团的能量转移 ,器件有较高的内量子效率。
We report a novel organic light emitting diode (OLED),which use a thermal stability polymer,fluorene-based cardo perylene polyimide (PFF5).The electroluminescence (EL) spectrum shows a strong peak wavelength at 545nm which was originated from perylene units and another peak wavelength at 450nm which was originated from fluorene units.As there exist energy transfer between fluorene units and perylene units,the EL efficiency is high.
