摘要 介绍一种基于L ab VIEW的新型光电在线测振装置。该测振装置使用激光作为调制光源,由光电位置敏感器件PSD(Position sensitive Detector)采集轴振动信息,经电路处理后,应用L ab VIEW系统对轴振动信号进行采集、显示和存储。该测振仪具有以下优点:非接触测量,测量范围大,灵敏度高,响应时间短,具有很强的抗电磁干扰能力。 It introduces a new type of photoelectric online measurement device based on LabVIEW,which takes the laser as modulated light source and adopts PSD to transfer optical signals to current signals.The processing circuit filters and deals with the current signals in order to get axial vibration signals.Collecting,displaying and storing of the axial vibration signals are based on LabVIEW.This device has the advantages of no contact and larger scope of measurement,high sensitivity and short response time,strong anti-disturbance ability and so on.
