针对Freeman差分码表示边界走向的变化,而且不同的边界特征具有独特的差分码形式这一特点,研究了基于差分码的图象特征提取方法,可以同时提取拐点、直线和曲线等图像特征。

The value of each differential Freeman code expresses the change of the edge's direction,and every kind of feature has its special Characteristic.So multiple features such as corners,straight lines and curve lines can be extracted from image based on Differential Code.
