摘要 提出将炼钢转炉炉口特征光谱用于炼钢的在线终点控制,并介绍炼钢转炉炉口特征光谱采集的方法。该方法采用光纤谱分技术,在线实时地检测炼钢转炉炉口辐射光的多光谱光强分布图样,通过大量实验与现场测试,建立起与炼钢在线各参数变化相对应的炉口光谱特征谱库。根据光谱辐射理论,炉口光谱与炼钢在线实际参数间存在内在联系。实验结果显示炉口光谱在冶炼终点存在显著变化规律。 The idea that the characteristic spectrum of the basic oxygen furnace (BOF) can be used to realize the dynamic end-point control of blowing process in BOF is put forward, and the method of the collection of the characteristic spectrum information is introduced. In the method, the spectrums radiated from the mouth of furnace are divided into multi-single spectrum by use of optical fiber, and the intensity of each spectrum is detected by correspondent opto-detector at real time, and then it is converted into digital signal for the analysis by the electric computer. After lots of experiment on line, the characteristic spectrum library of BOF is established. According to the spectral radiating theory, the spectrum of BOF must be in some internal connections with the real parameters of steelmaking. The results of experiment show that the total light intensity behaves in an apparent regulation with te development of steel-making.
